Sandikala Villa is a luxury 3 bedroom villa located in Cemagi, Bali.
6 MONTHS OPTION - 180 MILLION
12 MONTHS OPTION - 300 MILLION
House Keeping - our staff stay with the villa.
Bedding is changed every 5 days.
Laundry - staff will do laundry on a daily basis for clothing.
Cleaning of Villa - done on a daily basis. Staff will keep clean and tidy. You are expected to clean up after yourself.
Cooking - staff can cook 3 meals per day. Food costs are at your own expense.
Pool - Chemicals and all maintenance.
Garden - Maintenance.
Water to the property. Not drinking water.
Quality Control is done once per month to make sure all maintenance is up to date. The owners will pay for all maintenance of the property.
Electricity - PLN is billed monthly at the end of each month. You are required to pay within 7 days of receiving the bill.
Damage to the property caused by yourself or family/friend members. If you cause damage you will be required to pay the full price and all maintenance is done by our own staff.

Payment is required UPFRONT.
We require a deposit of 20% of the full price. This amount will be held until the end of your agreement and when a final inspection is done and no damages have occurred from your own fault.
MASTER SUITE 1 ~ UPSTAIRS
Double teak doors open onto a very spacious suite with teak folding concertina floor to ceiling windows on three sides. These can be opened giving access to the deck and a balcony overlooking the rice fields, and giving soft breezes in the afternoon. Honey colored teak wood floors, and high ceilings make the room very airy and light.
Furnishings are antique colonial style with a Javanese sofa, and chair, coffee table, and a solid wood rain tree desk.
A large king sized, curtained four poster, guarantees a restful night, and concealed soft lighting and bedside lamps are installed. All electrical sockets throughout the property are universal and handle all types of plugs so no need for adaptors. The room has an air-conditioning unit for sleeping.
The bedroom opens into a walk in dressing room, with a floor to ceiling window overlooking the rice fields and lots of storage space. There is a small safe for valuables and a large wall mounted mirror.
The bathroom is huge with a pale double terrazzo tub set under a massive picture window looking over the rice terraces and out to the ocean. Perfect for a relaxing bath after a busy day sightseeing or simply for chilling and enjoying the peace and Bali experience. A large (double) glass enclosed rain shower and basin with mirror and shelving for toiletries and towels completes the room.
MASTER SUITE 2 ~ UPSTAIRS
The second suite on the other arm of the villa is in all respects designed in exactly the same way. In this room a king sized antique colonial style sleigh bed, rain tree desk, chest of drawers, teak cabinet and oriental rugs, furnish the room.
Again floor to ceiling concertina windows open on three sides, and give views across the rice fields to Mount Batur and Agung in the early morning. The bedroom opens into a walk in dressing room and a huge bathroom, finished in dark grey with a double terrazzo tub with the same huge picture window giving views across the rice fields to the volcanos in the distance. It also has the same large rain shower and basin with mirror and shelving for towels and toiletries.
BEDROOM 3 ~ DOWNSTAIRS
The downstairs suite also has high ceilings and concealed lighting, and air-conditioning. Concertina windows on one side open directly onto the garden and give cool breezes in the afternoon. Floors are tiled with wood inlay and there is aa spacious area for clothing and luggage. An antique king sized bed, table, chairs, chest of drawers and full length dressing mirror complete the furnishings.
The bedroom leads to a bathroom with enclosed rain shower open to the sky giving a Balinese bathing experience.
The upstairs gallery, has teak, concertina windows, opening onto a tiled deck overlooking the pool and rice fields and the ocean beyond. The gallery and the deck link the upstairs suites
The upper deck is large, overlooks the pool and surrounding rice fields and the ocean. Table and chairs and two sofas allow for friends and family to gather for drinks or food in the afternoon or morning. Great location for a Balinese breakfast of coffee, fruit and yoghurt to start the day.
